Topic – Helping is Gaining

Materials used – Power Point Presentation on the aforementioned topic along with student-counsellor interaction.

Feedback – The session started with general greetings. School Counsellor started with the power point presentation regarding the importance of helping others. Human’s reaction to crisis and why those kinds of reactions occur were highlighted. The things we gain by helping others and how can we help others were informed to the students. Some stories related to the topic were told to the students, students also shared their stories in the discussion.

Parents were also suggested to support their children in this.

Students were happy and curious about the topic discussed as was evident from their feedback requesting for more such sessions.
